Fix warnings and formatting found by package health checks

Package health checks for bobzhang/fuzzyscore found compiler warnings or formatting issues. This patch applies the prepared mechanical cleanup.

Validation was recorded on base commit f0a4dc5205025899e7cf3a83353d1e54ea52112f with the patch applied, using the September 2026 MoonBit toolchain.

Total tests: 12, passed: 12, failed: 0.

Draft for maintainer review. Registry documentation status is separate; publishing a new release is not included.
