[blender] make camera move with constant speed #401

Regardless of fps/logic ticks the camera will move with same speed using the keyboard.
So it won't suddenly move much too fast if you use a high simulation rate.

The current default camera speed (which wasn't really a speed) is too low, maybe set it to 2 [m/s] in the camera properties. But I couldn't quickly find in which file this is actually stored...

From memory, the camera is stored in data/props/basics.blend. But it is probably easier to change this property at the builder level (and it would allow to make it easily configurable by the user).

I merge the first part, the second part will be handled in #405.
