Follow-up to #296: fixes the integration test that referenced non-existent \TopicSeedData.model_code, and documents how to run \seed_topics\ with \PYTHONPATH\ and \coaching.src.scripts.seed_topics\ (including single-topic seed for \strategy_alignment_evaluation).
