Because: - We want to upgrade sentry - We want to back change how we filter sentry events This Commit: - Upgardes sentr to 10.29.0 - Upgrades otel to 2.2.0 (inline with Sentry's peer dep) - Removes in process PII filtering. Note, we can use PII rules in Sentry's Portal as needed.
