Sync main + Cursor/OpenCode agent rules

Merges latest upstream main into topic branch; includes .cursor/.opencode rules, fork script, claude-mem gitignore.

Hey @CRTIB — thanks for putting this together! Unfortunately, this PR commits generated integration files (.cursor/rules/ and .opencode/agents/) which are the output of convert.sh. These files are intentionally gitignored — users run convert.sh locally to generate them for their own setup. We close PRs with committed build output to keep the repo clean (see CONTRIBUTING.md). If you'd like to contribute a new agent or improve an existing one, we'd welcome that!
