Adds a new Domain Registration & DNS agent to the Engineering Division,
specializing in the full lifecycle of domain infrastructure management.

• DNS configuration for all record types (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SRV, CAA)
• Email authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) with policy escalation workflow

• Expiration monitoring and renewal automation with tiered alerting
