IGO keeps sending duplicate fastqs and samples.

Example:

  • 05871_CI_1
  • 05971_CI_1_1_1_1_1

This is the same sample but for some reason IGO is sending 05971_CI_1_1_1_1_1 as an additional sample when it is in fact sample 05971_CI_1

The changes to the request filter would remove these samples from the request > samples JSON and instead trigger a datadog monitor. Can possibly also consider putting this information into the request validation JSON.
