- Fixed BT Mac Address , BTMAC was disabled, I was able to remove the disabled flag and the bluetooth hal was able to pickup the [persist.service.bdroid.bdaddr]

- fix GAPPS Issue by using clean build
- downgraded the kernel to 3.18.19 until the issues are resolved
since this ROM is almost stable, I would still maintain it but I'm currently focusing on pie stability.
