Extracting a multi-tenant-api from multi-tenant-single-db

• Allow for alternative Hibernate implementation

• Multiple-db using solutions from multi-tenant-core

Releases

• Release to grails.org w/short description and link to documentation hosted at Github
• Make sure that the latest versions of multi-tenant-single-db, hibernate-hijacker and hawk-eventing remains compatible with each other
• Make a Git tag for each release
