Forward-port from upstream PR multiversx#511 (commit 2176395 "process status fixes") that was inadvertently reverted by the earlier Dharitri RWA development snapshot. NewArc/Fixes/mx-chain-proxy-go carries this upstream improvement correctly; dev/rwa has been missing it since the snapshot was applied on top of the older PR multiversx#506 base. Without this check, a move-balance transaction that produces log events (e.g. an inner ESDT transfer wrapped as a move-balance) was classified as a plain move-balance and the proxy missed the log-event signal in its processing-status decision. The function body now matches NewArc/Fixes/mx-chain-proxy-go process/transactionProcessor.go exactly. All ./process/... tests pass.
