A Real-time SMS Contact Center powered by Flybase, Twilio and Node.js
This is a demo to show how you can use the real-time power of Flybase with Twilio to create an SMS contact center to talk to your customers and let them talk to you.
This will be the first in a series of demos for using Flybase and Twilio together for a call center-type setup.
Insert your Twilio and Flybase credentials in app.js.
