Multiple Extend pages updated #152

Changed some text to describe the new extend website, updated the cover photo too. Changed the photo which shows approved authors. Removed some content which is no longer relevant due to the change in the site.
New image to show approved developers. New front page image.
Removing image as not required.
Updates some sentences and replaced images with new ones to reflect the MyBB Extend website.
Changed all the images to the new extend website using my own projects as examples. Added managing previews and managing builds as well.
Updated images for the extend website.

I tried to make sure there were no conflicts when submitting this. @euantorano I may need some help sorting out the Contributing to Projects and the Review Process pages. Heck, you may even wish to do them yourself. |

We've been discussing the review process internally recently as it's currently failing a lot of users. We're going to fully document what we do and possibly rethink parts of it, so we'll definitely fill that page in soon. The contributing to projects page can also be filled in by us, I just need to refresh myself on how the system works. Thanks a lot for this enhancement though. I'll have to read through it properly later when I'm not at work. |

Alright not a problem. I do hope some of the stuff I've committed makes it to the documents. I do agree with you that the approval process both on the extend website and the forums (for submitted content such as plugin and theme threads has been neglected). However I hope that changes too. I'll further look into the documents when I get up, about to sleep after pulling a 14 hour shift, and see what else I can amend. |

@Ben-MyBB @euantorano I recently seen this thread. I'm going to review this again tonight and make further changes since this was reflected to 1 year ago. Any advice on anything you guys feel should be reviewed and updated? |

I've performed an overhaul on the extend documents. Updates images and information as accurate as could be with my own knowledge to contributing to the project.
Changes text in various areas.
Removed a number of images and replaced them.
Added some new sections and removed some too.
