This is currently blocked on flub/testdir#4
@flub would be great for us to do this.
We're starting to hit hard limits on what a single CI box can do and are moving past the 10min pain threshold.
Nextest should allow us to start chunking these tests and moving them to "many smaller / parallel" instances, which will probably be in my next iteration on CI.
