Add IPv6 use case

I didn't had time to fix the traffic-filter replacement issue.

running config

!
interface GigabitEthernet0/2
  no ip address
  ipv6 traffic-filter CISCO out
!

candidate

interface GigabitEthernet0/2
  ipv6 traffic-filter eigrp out

diff should be

interface GigabitEthernet0/2
-   ipv6 traffic-filter CISCO out
+  ipv6 traffic-filter eigrp out

diff is at the moment be

interface GigabitEthernet0/2
+  ipv6 traffic-filter eigrp out
