Thanks again @seankmartin - as part of the deprecation of config.yml we may update the cookiecutter to remove the DESCRIPTION.md file, but for now it's better that the docs are correct!

When cookiecutting a new plugin, I noticed that the message for the description pointed to the
.naparifolder, not the.napari-hubfolder where theDESCRIPTION.mdfile is placed.
