Drop unsupported --exclude-mail flag from the workflow. Update ModelCache, RedisVL, Martian, and Narev URLs to their current repos, and remove TokenForge after its repository was deleted. Co-authored-by: Oskar <oskarkocol@users.noreply.github.com>
