[FEATURE] Prefer Explicit Albums/Tracks

Is the feature request related to a problem. Please describe it.

i would love an option to always prefer explicit albums/tracks over clean versions.

moreover, it's incredibly annoying to guess which track in the search results is the explicit one.

example:

so perhaps the search results could also show if a album/track is explicit as well.

there could also be an option, to remove clean versions from the search results if an explicit one exists.
