Skru på debug logging

For å skru på debug logging, legg til følgende i application.yaml:

logging:
  level:
    secureLogger: DEBUG // For logging av sikker logg som har nivå DEBUG
    no.nav.bidrag.inntekt: DEBUG
    no.nav.bidrag.beregn.beregn.forskudd: DEBUG
