fastq-dump error in MacOs

I am having the following error when trying to run fastq-dump:

$ fastq-dump -F -X 10000 --split-files -O reads SRR1553425

dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: ____chkstk_darwin
Referenced from: /Users/anapaulabmoreira/bin/sratoolkit.3.0.0-mac64/bin/fastq-dump (which was built for Mac OS X 10.15)
Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib

Is it my IOS version, which is 10.13.6?
Which SRA toolkit version should I use?

Your operating system is from 2017, we don't have access to it, and we can't build for it. If you can update it to Mac OS X 10.15 (which is from 2019), you should be able to run the SRA Toolkit without this issue. Are you not able to update it?
