feat: set edunext frontend-component-header version

Description

This set the edunext frontend-component-header version that includes two major features

1. Language selector component
2. Profile data modal

How to test

1. Checkout this branch
2. Run npm install
3. Delete the content of your module.config.js file, this ensure that you aren't using any local version of any library
4. Run the following commands

export PATH="$(pwd)/node_modules/.bin:$PATH" 
make OPENEDX_ATLAS_PULL=true ATLAS_OPTIONS="--repository=nelc/futurex-translations --revision=open-release/redwood.master" pull_translations

5. Verify the language selector component and profile data modal(ensure that you dont have any extra info record related with your user)
