Use click to create command line tool

There's a pretty neat Python package named click which makes it a lot easier to create a command line tool and set up different flags and options. It's especially helpful because it can automagically generate documentation for the command line tool, including the flags and options. Perhaps we could use click should we decide to release this on PyPI?
