Sample mailboxes and config for testing.

These mailboxes are for testing the new account command and the account-specific config.

Set environment variable $DEMO_DIR to the root dir.

Scripts

• hourly-mail.sh Generate 52 Emails ranging from 51 hours ago to now

• rebase.sh Change the dates of emails to be recent
