The new option allows to specify a collection other than `persistent` where the uploaded file will be stored.

I've successfully tested the PR. A custom resource collection with its own target was bound to an upload field and after submit the uploaded resource was saved in the mentioned collection in content repository. |

The new option allows to specify a collection other than
persistentwhere the uploaded file will be stored. This is analog to a feature of the UploadViewHelper that until now had no equivalent in fusion form.
