also, correct a few minor spelling mistakes
"compatible with Android 4.0 to 8.0" taken from the F-Droid description.

also, correct a few minor spelling mistakes.
For the link in the welcome message to function I think you need to add
setMovementMethod(LinkMovementMethod.getInstance())in the TextView that calls the string, but sorry, didn't find time to do that. Hope this helps nonetheless.
