Steps to Reproduce

Try to set a list of dictionaries in the constraints field when defining a permission.

Expected Behavior

The list of constraints are used as a logical OR for the permission, as specified in https://netboxlabs.com/docs/netbox/en/stable/administration/permissions/

Observed Behavior

Lists are not allowed as the constraint field is set to type dict.
