To be merged into master whenever the 3.0 branch of Capsul becomes the default.
One small regression compared to the Capsul v2 version: some outputs that were optional are now mandatory (namely the
equidistant_depthoutput inthickness_advandthickness_upwpipelines), due to the current lack ofoptional_output_switchin current capsul v3.Also, Axon bindings are broken awaiting the resolution of populse/capsul#329
