Correct inconsistencies in console output

Somehow is showing Hex code on song ids when cmd is on, this should fix it

Album Art Suport!

On this release is possible to change the Module Icon to the Current Album Art of the song playing.

Added the pause and resume function, also the resume of the timer
Added the option to show the Rival ID from Rich Presence (is just show after finish or exit the first song)
