Update Python Agent version for pip installs (#68)

* Created a functioning Jupyter Notebook example for AI Monitoring.

* Cleaning up jupyter notebook. Removing calls to the add-on as
it is no longer needed in this exaple. Documenting different
ways a customer can retrieve environment variables through a few
common ways to run the notebook.

* Adding comment to make sure the reader has set their NR license key.

* Updating pip setup file to match poetry. Namely, the correct Python
agent version and supporting OpenAI < 2.0.
