Applies the two review comments on #276, which was merged before they were addressed: the now-empty peerDependencies block goes away, and node 20 leaves the supported engines.

CI reads the engines through parse-package-engines-action, so the workflows follow without further changes.

Follow-up to the review on #276: with vue and @nextcloud/vue moved to
dependencies there are no peers left to declare, and node 20 is out of support.
