Tests all the endpoints with an invalid model (so nothing is actually generated) and checks the http status code. Ignored for openai because openai supports everything.
Tested on IONOS and google. IONOS responds with a 401 for some reason so that is also considered a not available http status code. This also does mean if the api key is invalid everything is disabled.
