- Add and fix german translations for NCP WEBUI apps
- Standardise the naming of Dynamic DNS providers
- Fix wrong nc-apps folder names for language files for DDNS providers, now the translations for freeDNS, duckDNS, no-ip and spDYN are displayed as well
