☑️ Resolves

  • Splitted from fix(useGetParticipants): migrate to TS #15335
  • Fix delayed, missing, or redundant calls to participants list
    • For guests promoted to moderators;
    • For users joining call without initialised list;
    • For instances with experimental flag enabled;
  • Fix instantly showing the participants videos when joining
    • Done by sacrificing order of participants with audio only
