With an upcoming release of the HPB service API, accounts will optionally include STUN-/TURN-server information for customers that don't want to host these themselves but get them through our offering.
This PR evaluates the additional fields and updates the Talk configuration accordingly.
Let me know if you don't already have access to the HPB service API documentation and want to set this up locally for testing.
