Implement idr module to add the IDR analysis that is currently carried out by the ENCODE pipelines in the chipseq (see nf-core/chipseq#87) and the atacseq (see here nf-core/atacseq#36) pipelines.

I think it would be good to have a module for idr

  • This module does not exist yet with the nf-core modules list command
  • There is no open pull request for this module
  • There is no open issue for this module
  • If I'm planning to work on this module, I added myself to the Assignees to facilitate tracking who is working on the module
