The PR adds a stub section along side some stub tests for the
krakentools_extractkrakenreadsmodule and therefore contributes to the goal of all modules having a stub section (#4570).nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile dockernf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile singularitynf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile conda
