This PR fixes a bug where the publish pattern for the report file is not aligned with how the report file is named.

Currently if you specific a prefix that does not end in "multiqc_report", the report will not be published.

  • Ensure that the test works with either Docker / Singularity. Conda CI tests can be quite flaky:
    • For modules:
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile docker
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile singularity
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile conda
