Bounty #12 — React Standalone AuditTrail Viewer Widget ($50 USDC)
Zero-dependency React widget that fetches anchored receipts via GET /api/audit/info?app_id= and displays IPFS CIDs + Stellar Expert links cleanly.
Acceptance criteria:
Package: packages/react-audit-trail. tsc compiles clean; jest 2/2 pass.
