Update language translation demo on the website to allow English to Igbo translation

Motivation and Context
There's currently Igbo to English translation demo on the website. The reverse (English to Igbo) translation is to give a better preview of the API capability
How Has This Been Tested?
Updated the unit test 'postTranslationEndpoint' to accommodate changes made to the translation function. Ran the test after update which passed
