Add Molecule tests

I'm raising this issue to check if there is interest in having Molecule tests for this role. I can create the PRs, but they'll have to be reviewed by you (maintainer).

To keep things easy, my plan is to have 4 PRs:

• Add default Molecule scenario.
• Add GitHub workflow to automatically test the code with Molecule.
• Add Molecule verify playbook.
• (optional) Remove ansible-lint workflow.

The first optional PR is based on the fact that Molecule already lints before testing, but we can leave this decoupled if you think it is a better approach.
