Every "Release on Version Bump" run has failed at the
deploy-to-gcpjob since the netcup migration — it SSH's to the deleted GCE instanceflacfetch-service(last 5 runs all red). PyPI publish + GitHub release jobs were unaffected (0.26.0 published fine). Deploys are now done over SSH to flacup; a note in the workflow documents the command.CI-only change, no code. Local CodeRabbit CLI was down; bot review left enabled.
