This a summary to build web page dynamically using javascripts

create navigation bar links dynamiclly and added to fragment document to add one time to the DOM for performance

also add eventlistener when links in navigation bar is clicked to scroll section

also add eventlistener when scroll to highlight link of section in navigation bar

Usability :all features are usable across modern desktop, tablet, and phone browsers.
