2024‐02‐01 Introductory meeting

A virtual meeting was held 1st February 2024 as a first step in starting the process of establishing a governance structure for the Sofie TV automation open-source project. Present were representatives from BBC, EVS, NRK, Superfly.tv, TV2 Denmark and TV2 Norway.

The agenda was loose, the purpose of the meeting was for the parties to get acqauinted and share their thoughts on the project and their expectations for the process.

It was decided to hold a new meeting, NRK will facilitate and send out a proposal for dates (tentatively in February) and a proposed agenda. A final invitation will be sent out when dates and agenda have been agreed upon.
