Adds support for automatic detection and masking of sensitive patient data (PHI) burned into DICOM pixel data. When the Clean Pixel Data profile item is configured with automatic mask generation, Karnak sends the image and a set of sensitive tag values to an external de-identification image API, which returns the mask areas to apply.
