The go-bottom.svg (https://github.com/numixproject/numix-icon-theme/blob/master/Numix/16/actions/go-bottom.svg) is a good icon and a good idea when using a dark background. However, it often is also used on bright backgrounds, which creates problems.
On a bright background, go-bottom.svg (and go-up.svg) just look like cut-off symbols. I suggest redesigning those icons (and other icons that work the same way) to work on bright backgrounds as well as on dark ones.

Here's an example of how those Icons seem to unsuspecting users: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428220

Numix is my favorite icon pack, so i hope this gets fixed eventually.

I see what you mean, these might not be our best-designed icons but we've got worse ones.
In your screenshot the icons still "work", they seem to bee off-centre though.

What exactly do you mean by they "work"?

Also, i think that off-centeredness seems to stem from how the icons are desighned, if you meant vertical alignment. That white border really makes them seem higher/lower than they should be.

They work in the sense that they still show an arrow pointing to a line.
Unfortunately we've got icons that do not work in that sense on certain backgrounds, for instance #1325.

And yes, that's the off-centeredness I was referring to.

Yeah, you're right, it does work in that regard.
I like the idea of those icons, it's a little unfortunate that the seem displaced on bright backgrounds...

Maybe there's a way to have the bottom of the circle still be white, while keeping that Arrow+Line combination alive?

If I find time to work on this I'll probably something entirely new.
