Upstream seems to be dead so this incorporates the following changes which are needed in order to be able to actually use this plugin:

1. Issue jenkinsci#12 / Issue jenkinsci#15 - Incompatible with Java 11
2. PR jenkinsci#19 / PR jenkinsci#18 - Use HTTPS for downloads
3. Issue jenkinsci#17 / PR jenkinsci#24 - Improve the plugins logging
