How would you describe the priority of this feature request

High

Please provide a clear description of problem this feature solves

Once RAPIDS 24.02 is released, Morpheus should be upgraded to the latest version of RAPIDs to not fall behind on CVEs.

Describe your ideal solution

Upgrade all versions of RAPIDS libraries used in Morpheus to use the 24.02 release.

Completion Criteria

  • Upgrade RAPIDS CMake to 24.02
  • Upgrade cuDF version to 24.02
    • This may require code changes
  • Upgrade cuML version to 24.02
  • Ensure all tests, examples, and validation scripts run and pass
