• When working independently, have stand ups every two hours
• Rebecca teaches Tuesday AM
• Adam has to leave at 530 on Tuesday
• Thomas works best taking breaks every 25 minutes

Conflict Resolution —>

• Spend no more than 20 minutes making a single decision.
• Time box when appropriate.
• If conflicts arise take vote.
