Scatterplot_Code + Cleaned Data
csv data not loading properly (function runs but only one node displays). uncomment hard coded sample data to test force function

1. Included here are the two height/time scatterplots, with updated animation on the timeline There are continued issues on the arc connectivity plot. 2. Included as well is the new grid chart, which does not remove images so allows you to slowly build up the panorama of the system overall by finding and clicking on red nodes.
1. Added an H5 and re-ordered, so that each page contains one visualization only 2. Restructured all links to connect everything
