What does this PR introduce?
This PR fixes few bug fixes not working in the ping pong example for Hyperlane.
It also improve the command on how to run a Hyperlane relayer
parisand adapthardhat.config.tsfile to use it insteadhrein scripts that accesshre.ethers(useethersdirectly instead).
