Changelog:

• Rebased onto latest 6.17 stable release
• merged ps4 patches from crashniels
• merged a couple of patches from FeeRnt regarding drm and wifi
• merged all the patches from latest cachyos 6.17 kernel
• initial implementation of custom resolution setting in ps4_bridge (still not parsed from EDID)

KNOWN BUGS: setting a non-CEA resolution leads to incorrect placing of the video stream in the actual output.

Tested only on Aeolia.
Should work on belize, will probably NOT work on baikal.
